This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed at A2Z Comfort.


1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments before technician dispatch
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
  • Emergency service bookings cannot be cancelled once technician is dispatched

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Service was not delivered as promised
  • Duplicate payment was made
  • Appointment was cancelled in advance and approved by management

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed HVAC services
  • Installed equipment or parts
  • Diagnostic/inspection visits once technician arrives
  • Emergency or same-day service calls after dispatch

4. Inspection Fees

  • Diagnostic or inspection fees are non-refundable
  • These fees cover technician time, travel, and assessment

5. Service Quality Concerns

If you are not satisfied with the service:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will review the issue
  • We may offer re-inspection or correction (if applicable)

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within:
