This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed at A2Z Comfort.
1. Appointment Cancellation
- Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments before technician dispatch
- Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
- Emergency service bookings cannot be cancelled once technician is dispatched
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- Service was not delivered as promised
- Duplicate payment was made
- Appointment was cancelled in advance and approved by management
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Completed HVAC services
- Installed equipment or parts
- Diagnostic/inspection visits once technician arrives
- Emergency or same-day service calls after dispatch
4. Inspection Fees
- Diagnostic or inspection fees are non-refundable
- These fees cover technician time, travel, and assessment
5. Service Quality Concerns
If you are not satisfied with the service:
- Contact us within 48 hours
- We will review the issue
- We may offer re-inspection or correction (if applicable)
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:
